By capturing machine signals and installing electronic components for meassuring the passage of the articles, these signals are sent to the program for recording the counting of the processed items.
By controlling the people who are working on each machine the system allows us to:
- Real-time reports of plant speed or production of machines or workers.
- Measures of productivity in real time by people or machines.
- Control of profitability of the plant.
- Staff control access.
